     136    You’re trying to upgrade to a new version and keep getting errors.
     137    You tried to install a product for the first time and installation stopped midway.
     138    You thought you installed it successfully, but the product won’t start.
     139    The installation is showing successful but no Vault Server installed.

     143To clean uninstall Autodesk product, try the following steps :

     145    Search "Uninstall Tool" on the Windows Start button.
     146    Open it and select all the Autodesk software to remove them.
     147
     148Note.  The Uninstall Tool is only available for Autodesk software that is not using the new Installation Experience. If the tool is not available on your system, skip to Step 3.

     150    Click Start > type appwiz.cpl > press ENTER. The Control Panel opens. Uninstall all Autodesk software.
     151    Go to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AdODIS\V1 and run RemoveODIS.exe to uninstall Autodesk Access.
     152    Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared and run AdskLicensing\uninstall.exe to uninstall Autodesk Licensing Desktop Service.
     153    Run Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter to check and remove any residual Autodesk software on the system. For Autodesk Genuine Service, please go to Step 11.
     154    Click Start > type %temp% > press ENTER. The Temp folder opens. Remove all folders and files, skip any in use.
     155    Remove the three files starting with adsk in C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet (Note. One of the three files is hidden).
     156    Remove the following folders:
     157        C:\Program Files\Autodesk
     158        C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared
     159        C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk
     160        C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared
     161        C:\ProgramData\Autodesk (Note: This folder might be hidden)

     163        %appdata%\Autodesk (Note: This folder might be hidden)
     164    Open Windows Registry Editor (REGEDIT) and remove the following:
     165        Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk
     166        Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk
     167    Click Start > type appwiz.cpl > press ENTER. The Control Panel opens. Uninstall Autodesk Genuine Service.

     169Note. The Clean Uninstall steps will remove all Autodesk software from your machine and any residual files from any previous installations, Windows registry keys, and license information. Use this procedure only if you need to remove ALL Autodesk software from your system. To uninstall single products, use the Uninstall button in "Programs and Features" in "Control Panel".
