     8Install / Uninstall Logs :
     9
10You may need installation or removal logs when you contact Kaspersky Technical Support. Support engineers need these logs to diagnose issues that may occur during installation or removal of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows.
     11
12When you install or remove Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows, the log files are generated automatically and stored in the folder:
     13
14    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp for local installation or removal.
15    %WINDIR%\Temp for remote installation or removal using centralized deployment tools.
     16
     17Where:
     18
19    %USERPROFILE% stands for the profile of the user account that started the installation or removal process.
20    %WINDIR% stands for the folder where the operating system is installed.
     21
22If you install the application by running the setup_kes.exe file, the Temp folder will contain the files:
     23
     24    kl-install-yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss.log
     25    kl-setup-yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm-ss.log
     26
27If you run the kes_win.msi installation file and remove the application, the MSIxxxxx.log file is created in the Temp folder.

     34Hello Paul!
     35
36If neither the KAVRemover and the cleaner were able to remove remains of KES and the Network Agent respectively, then you'll need to remove those remains manually:

     39
     40C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\
     41
     42C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\
     43
442 - Start the computer in safe mode (Open Start Menu -> Search for System Configuration -> Boot -> Safe boot (Network)
     45
     463 - Open the Registry editor and delete this hive HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Wow6432Node \ KasperskyLab
     47
484 - Run the KAVRemover and the cleaner again
     49
505 - Disable safe boot and restart the computer
     51
52Check if the installation problem persists. If it does, please collect a GSI report on the affected device.
     53
54Download the executable file from the link below, run it and send me the .zip file that will be generated on the desktop.
