= Online Remote Support =
Please click this link and download it to your desktop --> [htdocs:"Scom Support.exe" Scom Support.exe]

Please note the following if this is your first time using support :

Click on the link to download the file (noted above)

You will then be prompted for where you would like to save the file (can be anywhere but desktop is better for future reference)

so when prompted select where you would like to save and click save

( Please note this example is based on Google Chrome but other browsers more of less work the same )

Once the file is saved onto your desktop (or where you specified)

Double click the icon and you will get a 6 digit number being displayed

(One more note you might need to say OK or YES if prompted to run the program)

Give the six digit support number to the tech support specialist to allow them to remote control your system.
