Windows CSC Delete Instructions
- Turn off Offline Files in Control Panel
- Takeown /r /f C:\Windows\CSC
- ren csc csc.old
- Maybe : icacls C:\Windows\CSC /c /t /reset
- Note Windows Library Locations are held in :
- C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Libraries
