Greetings from Kofax and my sincere apologies for delayed response.

I have a solution for the issue after working closely with my resources.

'The reason is that localized file matching with the system locale cannot be found (C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax\Power PDF 50\WebUpdate\).This is known issue mentioned on flexera site also (https://community.flexera.com/t5/FlexNet-Connect-Knowledge-Base/Error-When-Registering-Product-with-Client-UI/ta-p/569/jump-to/first-unread-message).'

When you are in the location [C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax\Power PDF 50\WebUpdate\], 'en-US' folder must be duplicated and renamed as 'en-CA'
